Planning an event is a creative and elaborate endeavor filled with anticipation and butterflies. At Eventfully we take enormous pride in the personal attention and hands-on commitment we give our clients. We strive to ensure that our clients enjoy the planning process and feel a sense of pride in seeing the vision transformed into a delightful reality.
Eventfully provides event planning, guidance and implementation from concept through completion for social, family, corporate and non-profit events. We are involved in all aspects of an event from brainstorming themes to the finer points of an event’s look and feel. We apply our considerable experience to venue selection, design and décor, entertainment, menu, staffing and detailed management. We secure contracts and negotiate on your behalf ensuring that cost savings based on our experience and relationships are passed on directly to you. Eventfully also reviews and coordinates talent, staff and creative design as appropriate. Most of all, we love what we do and that passion is alive in our work.
Eventfully produces the positively sinful Chocolate Inspiration Celebration. The annual gala of the Center for Inspired Teaching features top chefs from around the mid-Atlantic creating chocolate infused specialties at foreign embassies including Italy, Switzerland, Finland, Canada and Mexico.
Each year, Eventfully plans the National Agriculture Day celebration on Capitol Hill featuring Taste of American Agriculture for Members of Congress as well as the Secretary of Agriculture’s dinner at USDA. We produced the 20th anniversary gala for Washington’s largest shelter for survivors of domestic violence, and helped coordinate the Navy Marine Corp Relief Society’s golf tournament to benefit military families. Benefit galas featuring Whoppi Goldberg, Alanis Morissette, the World Premiere of Billy Joel’s Movin’ Out and NASA’s 50th Anniversary celebration sit alongside family milestones and thematically inspired occasions.
